Riding the Waves of Feelings & Emotions
We all go through a range of feelings and emotions in our daily lives. Have you ever experienced emotions that are overwhelming, confusing, or even scary? How often do you feel the fire of anxiety or anger burning inside you, yet not knowing how to handle it, only to express the frustration towards your family and beloved?
What if we could mindfully connect with our feelings and emotions instead of denying or resisting them? What if we could process and release difficult emotions in a more harmonious way? What if we could transform them into something beautiful with our creativity?
In this workshop, we'll explore the art of processing emotions through meditation, dance and creative art. We hope to help you find relief and healing, and unleash your creative potential.
Module 1: Mindfulness meditation
Reconnect the body and mind through mindful introspection
Module 2: Therapeutic dance
Release difficult emotions through dance movements
Module 3: Creative painting
Explore the emotional landscape through watercolor painting
Note:
Each module lasts 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute break.
No prior experience required on any of the subject.
Please wear loose-fitting clothes suitable for sitting and light movements.
The workshop will be conducted in English.
